Name of item [!]
The padding modifier can be added to an item to insert additional space before the item. The padding modifier can also include a number to increase the size of the space.
If a number is not supplied the padding modifier will add the default amount of space above the item.
Example
The following code will wrap the content of the item in an activity wrapper (*), set it's icon to comments (5), and add some padding before the item.
Activity: Lorem ipsum [*5!4]
